Established by Dot York,then purchased in 02 by Melissa Baxter, Back By Popular Demand has been serving Lilburn and surrounding areas since 1980.
After the change of ownership in 2002, many exciting things have happened including 2 relocations and a major expansion of the clothing store. And most recently the addition of a new store called Forever Young which is specifically geared towards the young teen/adult.
With more than 450 new pieces arriving daily filing almost 8000 square feet, you'll find a wide array of brands, styles, and sizes sure to fit your needs and budget. We pride ourselves in being that one stop shop for all your needs and if we don't have what you are looking for we will be more that happy to give you a list of other great consignment stores in Georgia that might have what you are looking for. We strive to carry a large selection in each department so that you don't feel like you've wasted your time driving to us just to look through one rack...you will have many to look at.
And don't forget, quite often we have exciting events and amazing sales to help you fill your closet without emptying your wallet.

Melissa- The Boss
Starting at the tender age of 15, Melissa's summer job was at a local consignment store...little did she know that 5 years later God would allow her to purchase BBPD from Dot York and begin a lifelong journey known as consignment!! With a background in marketing & promotion she has enjoyed learning the "business" side of business and enjoys getting to know her customers and consigners on a first name basis. In her spare time she rescues stray dogs and trains for sprint triathalons.

Rachael
Rachael is our home decorator. She has the magic touch with home decor and furniture. She can turn any collection of home items into a masterpiece. She is also a people person...she loves hearing about peoples' lives and family and can remember everything you told her next time you visit. She is currently at GPC pursuing a degree in business in the hopes of having her own consignment store one day.

Megan
The cheerful one. Megan is always in good spirits and has a joke or two up her sleeve. She will cheer you up even when you don't want to be. Being the youngest of the crew we have had the pleasure of seeing her through graduation, braces, and most recently her license. The staff always jokes that if there was a retail contest for people who could put out the most clothing, she would win. She will start college this fall and we look for many exciting changes in her life in the years to come

Cassidy
Cassidy has worked at BBPD since 2003 and is well known for her colorful flair in both her dress and out of this world displays. She can often be found creating a colorful display that is sure to greet you when you first enter the store. She has been the store manager for 2 1/2 years now and doing a fabulous job. In her spare time she is a full time student at GSU pursuing a degree in journalism and marketing.

Maria
Maria has been with BBPD for almost a year now and is a complete pleasure to be around. She is always very honest and polite and will usually be the first to greet you when you come in. If you ever need any type of assistance with anything...she is your woman~ Away from work she is a full time mom of two beautiful children who keep her laughing and moving all the time. She is our mother hen.

Yvette
Yvette is the proud mother of Cassidy and Megan and to be honest we don't know when she officially started. We always joke that she dropped off the girls one day and never left. She is the calmest of the group. Yvette is very orderly and keeps all of us in line and on track. She loves Banana Republic and all natural food and keeps everyone from blowing up with junk food.

Hannah
Our style diva...nothing she wears looks bad. She changes her clothing and hair on a regular basis and still manages to look chic and hip. Hannah has worked with BBPD for almost 5 years and is always there with a helping hand. She is a great person to ask for dressing tips! Hannah is currently at GPC pursuing a degree in business.

Elaine
We love Elaine! Elaine has been with BBPD for 12 years. She is the most caring, loving, loyal person you will ever meet. She loves people and nature and you can often see her outside feeding the birds and changing their water. Elaine is also the BEST secret keeper ever..if you need to talk she is the one. She truely cares about you and what is happening in your life. Don't be surprised to get a letter from her if you spend time telling her about your life. She LOVES jewelry and most times will sell herself more jewelry than the customer!!!
